TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR HIRE

We understand and agree with the following conditions set out by Ride for You. Any deposit is an acceptance of these terms & conditions. To ensure that the image of the work we are seen to do is of the highest possible standard.

(Not to mention the standards & condition of our vehicles) it is necessary to stipulate.

MAXIMUM CARRYING CAPACITY

Chauffeur vehicles–1 to 3 passengers in the rear, 1 passenger in the front.

SEAT BELTS ARE TO BE WORN NO SMOKING IN VEHICLES

PLEASE REQUEST A FULL COPY OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS ON REQUEST !

Full payment of booking is required before departure.

Payments can be made by Cash/Credit card & attracts 2.2% fee dependant on payment method, EFT can be arranged. 

Accounts are only by prior arrangement and approval from Ride For You.

 

The booking customer is responsible for ensuring any other passengers are aware of these conditions and is also responsible for any damage to exterior, interior and or contents of the vehicle.

 

All deposits are non-refundable. Should a deposit be paid, we agree that the cancellation of this booking will result in the forfeiture of our security deposit. Your security deposit is your deposit part of the total booking fee (Security deposit will not exceed 40 %. of fee).

 

Waiting time: 9 am to 5pm If you have made a booking and require us to provide waiting, this will be additional charge at a rate of

$ 55 inc gst, per hour “ or part there off” (50% overtime will be added after 5pm) and can be varied from time to time or as agreed.

 

No refunds or cancellations within 60 days of bookings.

We shall not be held responsible to any person or persons, company or syndicate for injuries and are absolved from all liability.

  

Relax sit back and enjoy the company of your partner or friends whilst your chauffeur drives you in comfort and style, to and from your destination without the worry of having to drive home.
